    2. Embrace Breathable Fabrics: Choose Cotton

    Your underwear choice matters! Opt for cotton underwear whenever possible. Cotton is a breathable fabric that allows air to circulate, reducing moisture buildup in the intimate area. Dampness can create a breeding ground for bacteria. Avoid synthetic fabrics like nylon and lace for prolonged periods.  

    3. Gentle Cleansing is Key: Skip the Harsh Stuff

    The vulva (the external female genitalia) is self-cleaning. Avoid using harsh soaps, douches, scented wipes, or feminine hygiene sprays internally. These products can disrupt the natural balance of bacteria in the vagina, making you more susceptible to infections.
